Hildegard of Bingen described a healing concept of viriditas or 'greening' as a consideration of how  human care and recovery correlates with that of the natural world. 

Within the constraints of a global pandemic, the act of looking more acutely at the world and paying attention to detail of form became pushed into focus.

This series of interconnected observations evolved whilst considering how slow and specific interactions can offer the possibility of restorative potential.
