Hildegard of Bingen described a healing concept of viriditas or 'greening' as a consideration of how  human care and recovery correlates with that of the natural world.

Working within the constraints of a global pandemic I found myself looking more acutely at the world around me, paying attention to details of form and thinking about botanical processes of life cycles such as germination.

This series of observations evolved whilst considering how slow and specific interactions can offer the possibility of restorative potential.
